  4. Newborn lips colour. Deficiency in body?

Newborn lips colour
My newborn baby boy is 37 days old . He is fair , but his lips are black/dark . I wants to know what is the reason behind this . Is this due to anything deficiency in body ? And also tell ho to make them in normal or in pink colour .
