Nipt test negative or positive
Hello! I'm 12 weeks pregnant i ve recently got my nt scan which is normal and double marker shows low risk i ve given nipt test which I haven't received it im anxious about the results whether it ll be positive or negative .could anyone help?

Both are screening tests. Usually if NT/NB and dual marker is low risk u don’t need to go for NIPT

You have to wait for the report of the NIPT. No guesswork in this case. I wouldn't have advised NIPT so soon. I would have asked you to get your Quad test and TIFFA at about 18 weeks. For at least 25% of the patients there will be no need for NIPT at that stage.

Don’t worry if other two reports are fine and ok then NIPT would definitely come ok

There wasn’t any need of NIPT since ur dual marker and nt scan were normal

As the other 2 tests are normal..NIPT most probably will be normal

If NT scan ,dual marker test is negative then you need not worry  about the result.

Dual test is a screening test and so is the nipt When  one screening test was negative  u did not  need to go for the nip t test
