Yes it is missed abortion.
No cardiac activity till 6weeks 4days.
Consultation of Gynecologist is very important .
Did u bleed till now.
1.If yes, wait for 24 hrs and as bleeding decrease get Sonography done to confirm whether complete expulsion is done.
If you are not bleeding properly,just passage of small clots or discharge than please don't wait , please consult your Gynec as it can lead many complications.
2.If no than get Dilatation and evacuation process.
