Hi iam 16 years male my friends make fun of me because i dont grow hair on my arms or legs they are so soft is there any thing i can do to grow hair body hair and facial hair

Don't get upset, every people are different. You will get them later may be. Also you can consult a dermatologist if needed. But don't get hurt by their words. Friends do like this at this age but later on as you grow old, you will realise that these issues are nothing.

Go to gym daily. Do cardio exercise for 2hrs daily for first 3 months. Then gradually start weight lifting. After 5-6 years you will develop a good physique. Then show that to your friends. They will be jealous of you.
