Your symptoms are related to the upper gastrointestinal tract issues. As the medicines are not helpful, you may need to go for an upper GI endoscopy to determine the cause .Long term use of foracort could result in esophagitis as well, should be considered as a cause.

You should continue. a) You are consulting a Super-specialist. If you are not happy with the opinion of a General Physician or a General Surgeon you are going to him again. b) Your symptoms have a lot of Psychological overlay. No straight forward answer.

Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your symptoms and the details of your current treatment. The symptoms you are experiencing, such as lack of hunger, weight loss, stomach pain, and a feeling of fullness, can be concerning and may indicate an underlying gastrointestinal issue that needs further evaluation. The medications you are currently taking, including Chlor diazepoxide & Clidinium Bromide, Cinitapride, Esomeprazole & Domperidone, and Methylcobalamin with Benfotiamine and Alpha Lipoic Acid, are commonly used to manage gastrointestinal symptoms. However, if these medications are not providing relief after three months, it may be necessary to reassess your condition and consider alternative approaches. I strongly recommend a thorough review of your symptoms, medical history, and possibly additional diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of your issues. Please feel free to reach out to me via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule a consultation. Together, we can develop a more effective treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Take care,
