  4. No motion discharge. Valuable advice.

No motion discharge.
I am having problem with my liver since two months. In the morning motions are not discharging. Right side nasal blockage. Stomac pot belly fat. Gas generating to much heaviness in chest. Little bit breathing problem. Ultrasound report and LFt and KFT report attached. Please give your valuable advice.

LFT report please . Till then pl start Happi D caps once daily for ten days and mattha buttermilk three four glasses daily . No fatty diet , simple food daily
