No period negative results

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Last march 28 and 29 i have contact with my bf. and then now for the month of april i dont have period anymore. Last april 19 and april 30 i tried to use pregnancy test but it all comes negative. Now im expriencing light cramp and theres a small blood discharge but not always. Maybe a exprience it twice. Because last year wen we test for pregnancy test we always get the result immediately positive. But now its negative. So what can i do now?
