No period. Negtive preganancy test.
My usual menstrual cycle is 30-44 days . it is not constant . I'm married and trying to get pregnant. I've not got my periods this month, 41 days over. I've not been feeling too well last few days abdominal pain (left side especially) , gas (terrible and every night), dizzy at times . was also feeling pukish today. I have done a home pregnancy test - negative . Beta HCG (blood test) -1st October - 0.10 mIU/ml Please guide what is the problem and if I should get any tests done immediately or wait. Why am I not getting my periods if not pregnant . I'm not getting the usual back ache I get before my cycle as well. I have also checked for thyroid . Negative.

Are you diagnosed to have PCOS? Your cycle is of 44days so you can wait for few more days. If still no bleed then repeat the pregnancy test.
