My cholesterol is 157, triglyceride is 107, hdl is 35 and ldl is 100. My sugar is 90 fasting and 131 post prandial. It is good or bad.

Report looks just fine, but it is not giving you a license to maintain unhealthy lifestyle and  ignore what it is predicting at this point of time. Keep exercising because only physical exercise could help your good cholesterol i.e. HDL to rise. Maintain a good healthy lifestyle so that you can prevent yourself from ending up at the doorstep of a Cath lab in next 10 years.
