The day before yesterday i did a nose surgury on the side of my nose where the stiches are thier is a bump is this normal will it go away

Swelling after nose surgery is common and will stay for few days to a week. If you don't have any symptoms of infection such as pain and fever not much of treatment is required. You can wait for few more days
