I am suffering from lower back pain since two months not continuously when I rest then it cure automatically but My work is sitting job 8 hours a day but whenever I don't sit it cures automatically my weight is 92 kg height 173 cm.15 days before I visited orthopaedic surgeon my x ray reports are normal but what is the problem why my pain not cure totally please suggest what I do.

From what you describe, the pain is most likely due to long sitting and posture when sitting.
Since you do not have any leg or back of thigh pain, it is unlikely to be due to nerve compression.
Important things to do, is to maintain a good posture when sitting and standing. Use a firm bed to sleep on. Avoid sitting continuously for more than 20minutes. Do regular simple exercises to help strengthen your back muscles. Also losing weight will definitely help improve your pain. Use simple painkillers as needed.
