Non union of distal femur fracture.
After 1 year of surgery with titanium implants for the distal femur fracture, the fracture is not healing, initially it was making progress but now the doctor said that the bone is reducing and non union has occured. The patient is 62year old male , what is the possible treatment moving forward? Can the fracture heal by some non invasive method using medicine and injections.

I think it is a well done job. There are no visible signs of non union. Start non weight bearing exercises for back and lower limbs. You may visit my YouTube channel 'drncgupta' and watch 'me and my yoga'. This will guide you for isometric exercises for the lower limbs.
