Normal range of sugar
I found today very thirsty and giddy. Checked my sugar level after 45 min of meal and it was 160. While most of time its between 100 to 125. Should i get it checked or need medical check

You need evaluation for diabetes by lab tests. Sugars 45 min after meal provide a snap shot and are not reliable to diagnose diabetes
