Normal weight but feeling heavy
I'm 19 year old my weight is 55 kg and height is 165cm. I feel lethargic, inactive, sleepiness, fatigue, and weak. Dropped mental alertness. My bones are thinner than normal and muscles are less than normal. Can I supplement my deit with protien powder and and other vitamins and minerals if needed??
