Today morning after waking up I just normally picking up my nose.and then I noticed very little amount of blood in my nails
After that I haven't noticed any blood
Is this serious

It is due to some blood clot which got dislodged during nose picking.
Please get your BP checked and consult an ENT Surgeon in your area for further management.

Drink plenty of water. 3 to 4 liters per day
It's because of driness.
