Nosebleed while runny nose and head pain
Today morning while blowing my nose I saw blood in the mucus. This has continued whole day while blowing nose.
To solve my runny nose and cold I tried smelling garlic through the nostrils for 10 mins yesterday - is this due to that?
Please help with what I should do to stop it?
As everytime I blow my nose, my head starts paining too.
