Hello practo user
I can understand the difficult situation you are going through currently. The above mentioned symptoms are indicative of anxiety disorder along with low stress tolerance which is marked by restlessness , sweating , unable to concentrate on tasks and frequent headaches . Exercising or even going for a brisk walk can be helpful in releasing the stress you are facing . It is advisable that you seek help from a professional clinical psychologist who can help you learn coping strategies . You can also reach out to me for guidance and support through the practo app
