Not able to eat well
When I am hungry, as soon as I eat a little amount of food, like half chapati, I start feeling full. I want to eat well and become very healthy. I do light exercises regularly. My weight is 46 kg. But I don't have enough stamina. Please help me in improving the same.

Hello. Have a healthy lifestyle. Do 6 rounds of Suryanamaskar at 6 AM. Have a healthy eating habits. Avoid junk and deep fried food. As a home remedy, you can use a pinch of hing along with ajwain and jeera boiled water for drinking purpose. Ginger with salt at the beginning of a meal should help you. You can have a cupfull of hot milk at bed time and include 2 spoons of melted ghee in your breakfast. It should help you feel good and improve your condition. Best luck.

chew ginger with spiced with lemon blacksalt before meal. for proper result consult nearest ayur dr. avoid curd,bakery,frmntd items. drink luke warm water.. for more details log on facebook.com/shashwatayurvedam
