Recently he visited a river Ganga and took bath their and some water went into his ear so he is not able to hear clearly from that day and he feels that their is some inner cold he feels like some blur their is no pain in the ear

Hi
There might be some wax already in the ear and with water going into the ear the wax could have become more liquid like blocked the ear canal.Ask someone in the house to look into the ear if they are able to see brownish wax then better visit an ENT surgeon for ear cleaning
