Not able to sleep, lack of quality sleep
I work in night shift till 2am. I reach home by 2.30 and get in bed by 3am. But I don't get sleep till 7am. And even after 7am, I don't get deep sleep. If someone rings the bell, I immediately wake up. I get only 4-6 hours sleep but not a good quality sleep.  I'm sleepy throughout the day and during office hours. Please advise which specialist should I consult? Am I having insomnia or sleep deprivation?

Thank you for reference. Adjust your sleep timings between 3am to 9pm. Do some workout at 9am.  Then again have small nap between 2 to 3pm. If not you can consult Neurologist.
