Not finish birth con pills but bleeding?

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Been on birth control for 10yrs. 2months ago I changed to another brand (I have used before) and when I started 1st pack, I missed a day and my period came a day late. Now on 2nd pack and still have 9 pillls to go (not the placebo ones) I started spotting, but then it came to a spoon full of red period blood and now it’s day4 and I’m still bleeding! Am I spotting or is this my period? Will I get my period after I finish my pills cause my real period has more blood than now. What’s wrong with me?
