  4. Not geting pregnany. I get for off.

Not geting pregnany
I am 44 with major myomectomy done in 2015.I want to get pregnant but my one tube is blocked.I have low AMH content and recurrence of small fibriods again.....what is best option....can fertility drugs help of shall I get for off..please suggest
