Not getting pregnant

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi I'm 32 year old and my periods are regular . I married last year and trying to conceive from 3 months which is not happening though tried during fertile days from 11th to 18th days window . Should I go through any specific test , please suggest if this is common or any issue?
