Not getting Pregnant. Wall of uterus!

I had got married on 22nd april of 2016 and I am triying to concieve since that period but not getting pregnant. in this month my period came on 31st of march .it lasts 4 days. on 3rd and 4th day only blood clot came.on december month I was suffering from e coli. but now its fine.there is mild pain in my left lower abdomen sometimes.My period cycle is of 28 dayz and is normal my Lower abdomen report is as follows:- 1.6*.9 cms in anterior wall of fundus,uterus measures 7.0*4.0 cms. anteverted in position.no collection in cul de sac. right ovary measures 2.8 cms, left ovary measures 3.1*2.4 cms urinary bladder is normal and echofree .no intravesical mass calculas or diverticulum seen.Prevoid vol is 430ml.Small fibroid in anterior wall of uterus
