Not having a single beard

I am 18 years old but I am not having beards. Everyone has beards in my class. I am frustrated of this. I need remedy.or any medication. I cannot go to a local doctor because I am feeling shameful for this. Please give me any remedy. Previously I had consulted many people but they all said that later I will grow beards. But I need instant remedy. Please help me.
