Not having sexual feeling
It has been 3 yers to marriage but not had sex with my wife. Having diabetes since last 2.5 yrs. Taking medicine for same also taking suger free tablets. Not having hardness in penis like in old days. Is something is wrong with me. Due to this having very much mental stress as not having sex with my wife.
Requesting you to guide me so that i can make my wife happy.

You need to get yourself treated medically go and seek medical advice maybe you can start by consulting your physician or a sexuality specialist. In addition to this you can take some.marital counselling sessions by a Psychologist to help solve other marital issues and to help you deal with stress.
