Not increasing weight
Hello mam /sir ....I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently in my 14th week of pregnancy and have noticed that my weight has not increased at all. I am concerned about the absence of weight gain. Could you please advise me on whether this lack of weight gain is normal at this stage of pregnancy, and if there are any steps I should take to ensure the well-being of both myself and the baby

Hello! You have just finished your first trimester and now your symptoms of nausea vomitting should slowly reduce. Hence your weight gain will commence in the coming months. You should never be worried regarding your weight gain until your periods Ultrasounds are suggesting good growth of the baby.
Next Steps
Eat good food, healthy food, mild exercise is recommended.
