Not recovered from tiredness after dengu
Dear Doctor
I had dengue fever 4 weeks back and platelet count went down to 18k. I hospitalized and recovered completely. The tiredness was mild next week after discharging from the hospital. But now a days I am feeling more tiredness ans less energy only in the day time.
I have done all the blood tests again also consulted doctor (General medicine). Doctor told everything looks good and I am perfectly alright. But I am feeling the tiredness daily but there is a very slight improvement I can feel now. I have servical problem too. Could you please tell me the reason ?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Renerve-plus once a day after food for 15 days.
Drink plenty of fluids. High protein diet.
