Findungs both lungs areas are hyperaerated. there are suspicious infiltrates in the right upper lobe. heart is normal in size hemidiaphragms are low-set. costophrenic sulci and the visualized bones are intact. impression: take apico-lordotic view pulmonary hyperaeration what does this mean doc? tahnk you in advance

Hi infiltrates in upper lobe suspect tuberculosis. Pulmonary aeration you can go for either Ct scan but before that Pft should be done
