Now i have no problem or complication.
After abortion result is one dominant follicle seen in right ovary 3.3*2.3 cm. if i need a medical surgery ?

No it ll not need surgery. This s a large size follicle it could be an ovarian cyst. However after an abortion it could be normal. Repeat ultrasound after 3months and see
