Numbness happens both in leg. it happens in 1 leg at one time and vice versa. It happens when I sits for more than our for study. It tries to stand but I couldn't stand. I started staggering. Plz help me...

You need further evaluation. Consult orthopaedic doctor. It might be just stagnation of blood flow due to immobility for some time but better to be checked
