Hello sir/mam, when i woke up today in the morning, i started feeling pain in shoulder, which will be from heavy bench press, but also numbness in pinky/little finger and side of hand, i sleep on side or on stomach, and my hands usually under my body, its been 14-15 hours since numbness, sometimes it reduces, and then get back to where it was, should i worry about it?? Whom should i talk to??, ps - i lift heavy weights on daily basis, and i've been working out for more than 2 years
