Numbness in the fingers and palm
I have this numbness in fingers and palm when I wake up in middle of night or morning. It goes away in few min once I wake up and do some hand moment. Slight pain in forming a fist and the joins of fingers behave weird. It all goes off once I wake. And do not persist during the day. Thanks Rekha

Looks more to do with your sleeping position. Do not put your head over your palms and sleep. As your 44 year old, it’s good to do a complete Health check, if you haven’t done in past 6 months to 1 year.

Mainly this numbness is because your nerve is compressed when u sleep with ur hands under ur head. Changing the sleeping posture can avoid the numbness
