Numbness n less sleep
I have mild nubness in right hand and right foot specially in little finger. Also not able to sleep yesterday due to uncomfort.

Hello, Numbness is usually caused by damage, irritation or compression of several nerves or a single branch of a nerve, most often situated in the periphery of your body. Your nerve might got compressed. It takes time to recover . Try to remember the cause for numbness. If you don't get relieved in 2-3 days ,visit doctor .
