Numbness on hand

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Since 3 days I have numbness on my right hand thumb and forefinger and partially around the wrist. . I have not hit any where neither I have a pain. It starting all of sudden and morning when I woke up it was there. At quite a few locations I have bulgynes on nerves since long years. Please tell me watt couldbe reason
