I'm a 13 year old male and I'm think about taking protei supplements such as whey or casein. Are they bad for me or unhealthy and am I going to get cancer like my mum said. I've been gyming naturally for over 9 months now and wanted to take protein supplements for a boost.

Your age is in growing stage so don't take supplements. Eat more protein rich pulses, vegetables Drink more water Drink two spoon of purr wooden crush sesame oil
