Even after taking a nutrition rich diet and milk health drinks my arms are still very thin and my overall body is slim and bones & muscle cause pain. I feel fatigue & exhausted. My memory is diminishing & My eyesight earlier was very good I could see the things from distance but now the same distance appears blurry. Please help, what is it & what to do. Thanks for your valuable time. May God Keep You & Your Family Safe.
