Would taking Nyquil (rite aid night time cold and flu relief) in first tri-mester before I knew i was pregnant, effect baby? I was annoy 4 or 5 weeks at the time and took it for about a week

Nyguil essentially contain paracetamol which usually have zero effect on the baby. But to be on the safer side I would suggest to get urself a usg scan and look for any anomaly. I don't feel there would be any effect to ur baby
