Obstructive jaundice, MPD dilated
Patient is suffering from jaundice due to tumor- head of the pancreas. He is also regularly taking insulin. Impression of the CT Scan of Upper Abdomen is as follows: Features suggestive of mass lesion in Pancreatic Head causing dilatation of MPD (Main Pancreatic Duct) billary tree gall bladder. Impression of USG Whole Abdomen (P) as follows: 1 .Hepatomegaly with distended gall bladder containing sludge. 2. Heterogeneous periampullary SOL-likely neoplastic causing billary obstruction.
