Greetings! Are you having pain in both eyes or just one eye? There can be two reasons In case if you are having pain in both eyes, 1) headache 2) accommodation spasm
Accommodation spasm occurs if you are doing any near related work for prolonged amount of time
Next Steps
Just rest for 30 mins! Close your eyes! It will relieve the stress. Avoid screen exposure. In case of headache you can take a tablet pf paracetamol.
