Ocd can cure with sertaline?
Can pregnant woman take 50 mg sertaline daily during pregnancy...is it harmdul to fetus?

If medication is being considered to control OCD during pregnancy, my suggestion would be not to take any but try exposure and prevention therapy alongwith relaxation training.
If medication is considered a must, there are other medications noted to be more safer than sertraline. Please discuss with Psychiatrist before taking any medication.
