OCD -  repeating thoughts and compulsion
I have been getting a repeated thoughts and my mind is asking a certainty. Due to that, I'm repeating the entire thought as a sentence. After some time, again it's asking to repeat due to uncertainty whether i understand the thought correctly. I fintry to avoid compulsive behaviour, am not able to foucs on work. Its keep on asking to repeat. Pls help to overcome this.

It's pure for of OCD ..with the help of anti obssessive medicine plus counselling CBT it may be tretable so nothing to worry about that

Hi I understand ur problem. Its OCD spectrum disorder. Medications and cognitive therapy would help. Consult a psychiatrist
