Can take omez twice in severe condition but once is enough normally. Instead can take Omez-D.

It’s safe but for a restricted time period as advised by your physician. It’s better if you can manage with once daily dose alongwith proper food and lifestyle management. Your liver function also may have to be assessed.

Eat properly and acid reflux will go away . Stop - sugar , jaggery , wheat , fried - all processed food Omez will not be required after 10 days
