Im 5weeks pregnant and i am experiencing slight abdominal pain and spotting. I have undergone D&C for the last pregnency in August 2019 as there is no fetal heartbeat. I am very much worried about my current pregnency can some one explain is spotting common in pregnency or is it a wrong sing again.
