Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hello! It's impressive that you've made such positive changes to your lifestyle. Running 10 km every day can be intense, so it's essential to listen to your body. It's generally recommended to drink water immediately after your run to stay hydrated. Waiting 15-30 minutes is usually a good guideline, but if you feel thirsty, it's okay to drink water sooner. Keep up the good work, and make sure to give your body the rest it needs to recover.
