On off pain in left abdomen after period

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 24 ,my right ovary measures 2.6*1.4cm and it is normal but my left ovary measures 4.7*2.5cm appears bulky and shows altered stromal echoes i had pain in my left abdomen what is the reason for my pain and ovary bulk size will problem during my pregnancy???
