My son is suffering from cough and mild fever since 5 days, his chest is congested .. he is also teething. He is always crying as if he is in some pain, v are not able to figure out why.. doctor also told it could be because of chest congestion. But, we could not think so. He has never cried like this for a cold or cough before.. could it be because of teething? Or any possible reasons?

Hello, as per his clinical history is concerned it is not due to his teething problems so do a physical examination by your Doctor and do blood test (CBC with differential) and start medication for chest congestion.
