Oral leukoplakia
I have oral leukoplakia on both side of cheeks in mouth.Ihave stopped chewing tobacco and smoking. My biopsy report of one side hyperplastic squamous epithelium.Can it turn into cancer.What is the treatment for oral leukoplakia. I am taking multivitamin.But it is not regressing .Wht should I do pls advice.i am very much tensed.I am having oral lichen planus also

If it's hard /thick not responding to oral medication then laser surgery wud b needed
