Kindly visit a dentist ( oral medicine specialist) ( avoid self diagnosis of OLP using internet doctor (google).. black spots in the mouth could be a normal physiologic melanin pigmentation. OLP can produce severe burning mouth which can be controlled by topical steroids . They should be used judiciously as there are various side effects for steroids . Kindly consult a dentist to check those black spots also . Biopsy is required for diagnosing OLP.
