Thank you for sharing the details. Based on your description, the painless bumps in your mouth could potentially be related to a number of conditions, such as oral papilloma, which is a benign growth often caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). However, it is important to consider other possibilities, such as mucoceles, fibromas, or other benign lesions, especially if these bumps have been present for a long time without changes. It’s also worth noting that even though your STD tests came back negative at the time, some infections may not present symptoms immediately or may require specific tests to detect. A thorough examination and possibly a biopsy may be required to rule out any concerns, especially if the bumps are persistent or growing. To provide a precise diagnosis and appropriate treatment, I recommend scheduling a consultation with me for a detailed evaluation. You can also reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two for better assistance.
